hmmm im not really sure myself i know that to have images in your journal you have to have like deviantart pro which costs money.... umm to put an id you have to submit your picture to deviantart under the category deviantid and then you can choose it in your prefrences.... i dont think im making very much sense becaue im not very familiar with deviantart i know on most sites to paste a picture in html you would type:
[img]then your link here[/img] or something like that sorry i couldnt help more : (
